Meet Ms. Lillie Fuse Williams
For those of you that have not had the please of meeting Ms. Lille, please read this short bio to learn more about this talented and dedicated real estate instructor.
Previous real estate service:
Lillie has held the positions of salesperson, managing broker for Red Carpet Breaux & Associates, associate broker with Scott-Whitten Realtors. As owner/broker of her firm, Fuse Realty & Associates, Lillie maintained quality service with integrity, honesty, and confidence throughout her eleven years in business.
After joining Solid Solid Premier, 2011, Lillie later served as a qualifying broker in Solid Source Premier Realty of East Alabama and continues her service as an associate broker and a qualifying broker with two prominent companies, one in the Atlanta areas and one in East Alabama.
She has been trained and certified as BPO provider for several evaluation companies, certified for service as Military Relocation Specialist and holds a designation for Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Seller Representative Specialist. Her education includes New Homes Selling Expert Certification through the Classes with Cathy McDaniels and Pre-Licensing through Ga. Real Estate Commission with Wade Gaddy and Greg Dunn.
Present Position:
Owner/Director of New Pathways Consultants, LLC ( September 2013 -present ) --An educational service training center for REALTORS© , real estate agents, consumers, teachers, and administrators in public schools and businesses. As a course creator, Lillie provides instructional training for teachers to serve in her school’s courses.
New Pathways Consultants, LLC now approved and licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission as one of the few Georgia trainers for the Realtor's Property Resource program. Her school is now licensed in the state of Alabama providing distance learning.
