Why Join?

Meet other trainers/educators and state of Alabama regulators and share ideas and tips. Attend training sessions learn the latest and greatest training trends, current real estate training topics and technologies used in training. Finally, you have an opportunity to network with your peers.

Who are the Members of AREEA?

Members include pre and post-license instructors, school owners, school administrators, the real estate commission education staff, continuing education instructors, education and training center directors.

How much are Membership Dues?

Membership dues are $25 per calendar year, due in January.

How do I join or renew?

Go to the Home Page and select the Become a Member Button. You will have an option to join or renew and pay online.

When are meetings held?

AREEA currently holds two meetings a year. One meeting is held in the spring, typically the end of March the beginning of April. The other meeting is held in the fall, usually in September or October.

Where are the meetings held?

The spring meeting alternates between Northern and Southern Alabama. Meetings have been held in Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile, and Atmore. The fall meeting is held in Montgomery at the Alabama Real Estate Commission.
