Meet the 2026 AREEA Board Nominees 

For the 2026 AREEA Board, there are three vacant positions:

  • Two Board Members

President Nominee: Lebron Little

Lebron grew up in Scottsboro, Alabama and later moved to New Mexico in 1997. He started his real estate career in 2007, completing his GRI, ABR, ePro and AHWD certifications within the next two years.

Lebron became the qualifying broker and owner of a small real estate company in 2010 and served as President of the local association in 2010 and 2013. Additionally, Lebron has served on several committees and TAG/PAG’s for the REALTORS® Association of New Mexico, including acting as the MLS committee chairperson from 2009-2015.

Lebron moved to Birmingham, Alabama in 2018 and transitioned into a managing broker, instructor and coach. He also immediately became certified as a CE instructor with the AREC, as well as approved to teach the required Risk Management and QB Mandatory CE courses.

Lebron has served on the MLS Board of Directors for the Greater Alabama MLS since 2019. Plus, he has served on the Professional Standards Committee for the Birmingham Association of REALTORS® since 2019. Most recently, Lebron completed his REEA GSI training in 2023.


Vice-President Nominee: Lillie Williams-Fuse

Lillie LaVette Fuse Williams is a REALTOR® and veteran real estate educator licensed since 1982. She is a dual-state broker (GA/AL), a licensed instructor in both states, and a Certified Distance Education Instructor. Lillie holds degrees from Georgia Southwestern College, Columbus State University, and Troy State University, with advanced certifications in leadership and education.

As the owner of New Pathways Consultants, LLC, she develops and teaches licensing, post-licensing, and CE courses, and mentors new instructors. Her school offers 26 approved Georgia courses and 9 in Alabama.

Lillie was honored with the REEA Gold Standard Leader designation in 2024 and named the National Real Estate Educators Association’s Educator of the Year for 2024–25. She also holds multiple professional designations, including CNE, MRP, SRES, GRI, SRS, ABR, GSI, GSL, CDEI, and DREI.



Secretary Nominee: Karen Ameen

Karen Ameen has held an Alabama associate brokers license since 1976. She began as a pre-license real estate instructor with Birmingham Guaranty Realty School in 1999. She is a CREI (Certified Real Estate Instructor) in Alabama and have been a proud member of the ARREA (Alabama Real Estate Education Association) for a number of years.

Karen believes ownership of real estate is the cornerstone American economic well-being and it all begins with well-educated real estate licensees.


Director Nominee: Sherry Weeks

Sherry Weeks is the owner/qualifying broker of ERA Weeks and Browning Realty, Inc. with with 46 years of full-time real estate experience. Sherry has built a successful company with over 50 agents and has been recognized for assessing operational needs and developing solutions to save cost, improve revenue, and drive customer satisfaction within her company. Sherry is resourceful and well-organized with excellent leadership and team building record.

Her resume states that she has:

  • Maintained over $8 million in sales every year
  • Manages day to day operations including broker responsibilities
  • Provides new agent training

Director Nominee: Dr. Sheena Jeanine Collier

Dr. Sheena J. Collier is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Instructor, and CEO of Provision Real Estate Academy, where she has helped countless students succeed through education, mentorship, and professional development. With more than 20 years of leadership and operational experience, she brings a strong foundation in business, training, and real estate education.

A committed member of the Alabama Real Estate Educators Association (AREEA), Dr. Collier actively supports the advancement of real estate education in Alabama through service, collaboration, and instructor development. She is also a United Nations Peace Ambassador, bestselling author, and award-winning leader whose recent honors include the 2025 Powerhouse Global Lifetime Achievement Award, the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, Huntsville’s Top 40 Under 40, and the ViVi Cole Global Sirens of Service Award for Outstanding Educator.

Dr. Collier’s career reflects her dedication to elevating real estate education, empowering professionals, and strengthening the learning community AREEA serves.
