Ryan Adair, Education Director of the Alabama Real Estate Commission has shared the summamries of the propsed changes to the Saleperson and Broker Licenseing Process with our members.

We encourage each of you to do the following:
- Carefully review the summaries;
- Contact AREC or fellow AREEA members that were part of the taskforces with any questions or concerns you may have; and
- If you are in support of the changes, contact your local representative to encourage them to support these bills in the upcoming legislative session.

These are PROPOSED changes to the licensing process.
No changes will be made unless legislation successfully passes during the 2023 legislative session.
If it does pass, the Commission will share implementation plans with everyone.
