We know that every student is motivated differently, communicates differently, and views task and relationships differently, but how can you better connect with that student in the classroom?
The Maxwell DISC Personality Profile Assessment is designed to help you recognize your strengths and weaknesses so that you're able to give your best in every situation, professionally and personally.
Join us for this innovative, co-teaching Instructor Development Workshop (IDW) featuring Tiesha Andrews and Amanda Adams.
As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team DISC Trainer, REALTOR® and Instructor, Tiesha Andrews explains the foundation of DISC assessment and how it can benefit you in the classroom and other areas of your life.
With IDW-teaching experience, Amanda Adams, Instructor, CREI, CDEI, REALTOR®, will help guide many hands-on experiences and group exercises designed to allow attendees to explore key differences in the DISC personality types.
Attendees will also learn practical approaches that can be immediately applied to the classroom environment.
This course is available to:
- Instructors seeking 6-hours of CE Instructor CE credit
- Individuals perusing an Instructor's License that needs training/points for the Instructor Application
